  • Conduct process deep dives in partnership with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficient operation/centralization/robotization
  • Continuously improve existing services to identify potential savings, eliminate wastes and improve end-to-end processes
  • Lean Six Sigma methodology application
  • Evaluate, design, map, measure, monitor and control processes
  • Process expert support within projects

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

  • Higher education
  • English, minimum upper-intermediate
  • Minimum 3 years experience in banking process management (optimization, centralization, automatization)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, statistically literate
  • Organizational and motivational skills
  • Critical thinking, decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand complex information and work out requirements
  • Accuracy, durability, strong attention to details
  • Commitment to service quality

Munkakör betöltése során előnyt jelent

  • Green/Black belt certification is appreciated
  • Actual knowledge on banking processes is the advantage
  • RBA experience is desirable
